Daily Practices

I thought it would be interesting to write down the links which I visit on a regular basis (usually daily). Here’s what I can come up with off the top of my head:
- MegaTokyo: A comic that has me helplessly addicted. A lot of emotion goes into these, and I find that I can relate to a lot of the storyline. If you’re new to MT, you may want to start at the beginning.
- OS News: News about all things Operating Systems (and a healthy dose of general technology, too).
- Mac OS Rumors: “News, opinion, and rumors for the Macintosh power user.”
- use Perl; “All the Perl that’s Practical to Extract and Report.” A lot of the blogs on use Perl; (linked below) are excellent reads.
- Ars Technica: “The PC enthusiast’s resource.” Plenty of good tech links, plus the (slightly rarer) extrememly in depth technical reviews and articles.
- Blogs:
- Perl Related: Simon Cozens, Sean M. Burke (TorgoX), Ask Bjørn Hansen, Adam Turoff (ziggy), Leon Brocard (acme), Matt Sergeant, Casey West, Elaine Ashton (aevil), Nathan Torkington (gnat)
- What Do I Know, WarLog: World War III, Undesign, Ftrain, Ideapad, The Historical Present, not quite random, 0format, bicycle wire, Ken Bereskin
It should be noted that NetNewsWire Lite is an essential part of keeping on top of all these pages each and every day.
Enjoy.
