Server Problems

As you might have noticed, there have been some server problems (*ahem*) around here at The network police at Wheaton set up some new, rather draconian firewalling rules and as a result all priviliged ports on were blocked from all hosts outside the Wheaton network.

I’m not entirely sure if the IT&S department at Wheaton has caught on to my game of hosting this site on a radio station server, but the firewall rules seem to have blocked access to the radio station website and mp3 stream as well. I’ve talked with the GM of the station and she’s going to go yell at some people for me (and herself, I suppose).

Gary has been kind enough to offer me space to host the site on until I can find a more permanent home (which can handle the traffic that Google sends my way), so we’re now broadcasting live from The pictures section (which serves most of the bandwidth of this site) has been disabled until the move to zim is complete and we no longer need to worry about bandwidth fees as a result of people searching Google for mohawk hair.
