I’ve never really considered Wells Fargo as being all that on top of things. Don’t get me wrong, they do a good job, but I was a bit shocked today to recieve a phone call about 5 minutes after making airline reservations online, from their fraud department wanting to confirm that I had made the purchase. That’s pretty impressive… (In a big-brother-ish sort of way).
