A nice list of the issues that need to be dealt with in FreeBSD 5.3. These include gdb support, faster interrupts, scheduler and threading updates and stability.
Roadmap for FreeBSD 5.3:Depending on the success of 5.2 and the immediate work that happens in the next month, I’d like to schedule 5.3 to be released in late April or early May.
