Farm 255

Before I forget, I wanted to mention just how awesome farm 255 is. It’s a restaurant in Athens that I went to twice while at ISWC last week, and it’s everything a restaurant should be: interesting architecture (housed in a 1930’s building) and design (lots of exposed wood and steel), live music (lots of down-tempo instrumental Radiohead re-interpretations), friendly staff, excellent food, and a great philosophy of locally sourced, high quality food. Of particular note, their sweet potato chips are very tasty and highly addictive, and their veggie-friendly grilled cheese (“chevre, arugula, olive tapenade, peasant bread, tomato soup”) is delightful. Highly recommended if you’re ever in the area.
