Two Weeks in California
This most recent trip to California is coming to a close, but it’s been a great trip. I spent four days in San Diego with my parents, three siblings, two brothers-in-law, two nephews and four nieces. We had a great time visiting the San Diego Wild Animal Park and Sea World, paddle boating around and watching fireworks across Mission Bay, and attending a Luau. That was all last week.
This week, Adam and I spent two days in Santa Barbara paragliding. Or, I should say, I spent two days paragliding. Adam spent about 30 minutes paragliding before injuring his knee on a rough landing, and spent the better part of the two days taking some great photos of the paragliding.
The two day course was a lot of fun. At some point I’d love to come back and take a full course that would lead to certification and the ability to fly alone.
