New Query Types

I’ve now got initial support for ASK, DESCRIBE and CONSTRUCT SPARQL queries in RDF::Query. Next up is probably the SPARQL Variable Binding Results XML Format. (I’m putting off the huge restructuring that the OPTIONAL support is going to require until after all the other easy-ish stuff is done.)
