Death Valley was incredible, in no small part because of the exceptional amount of rain they've had this year. The Valley averages two inches of rain a year, but has had six inches since July. Badwater was an enormous lake, and there were tons of wildflowers.
I'll get pictures online within a few days. I'd have them online now, but I forgot my USB cable (not to mention the serial-to-USB cable for the GPS) in Providence, and so the pictures will have to wait until I return.
