Failing Medium

Indeed. He cites the graininess of 8mm, CD distortion, and the resolution of 8-bit as examples. “All of these will be cherished and emulated as soon as they can be avoided.”

I’ve now finished the journal proper, and now move on to the ‘swollen appendices’; 122 pages of intriguing shorts referenced throughout the journal.
