yeah… maybe he REALLY needed an industructable water carying device, since seattle is simply unbearable during the summer, lord knows you can’t get water anywhere around that town.

Really I can’t help but think that the property is theft line is missused in this context, as I believe it applies only when a) it is referting to a large general structure… and b) when neccisary commodity x is withheld from an individual by wealth/capitalism/government/etc.

I don’t know… maybe I’ve misconstrued the purpose of “property is theft”

The large general structure of capitalism etc…that is referenced by “property is theft” is directly based on individual property rights. Such as one’s right to carry an unmolested nalgene. The idea, I think, that to deny another the use of an item is to deny his right as a fellow human being to recieve your kindness and generosity, wether willingly given or taken. That said, I love property.
