Stayed up late last night getting Wordnet support into my very-much-in-progress Image Search. You can now search by place name (only cities at the moment — it’ll fall back to a city if you search for non-city terms like “Ireland”), latitude/longitude pairs, and Wordnet terms. Searching directly for Wordnet terms isn’t a great interface since different senses sometimes make it counterintuitive (e.g. Club-7), but search pages now list depicted places and things on the sidebar. I think there’s a problem with my javascript on the search page (aside from requiring it and DOM method support) making repeat-searches using the back buttom problematic, but a refresh seems to clear that up for the moment.
