Draconian bitches. Apparently I can’t take any pictures at SXSW. This fucking blows. I had to hide my camera in my bag after I was nearly turned away at the badge-check for having a camera without a press pass. The ridiculous thing about this, of course, is that I’m guessing you’d be hard pressed to find many people without a digital or cellphone camera in their pocket. But try to walk in with an SLR strapped to your back, and there’s trouble.
