Sleep

I think I need to get more exercise. Every night for the past week or two I’ve been coming home really tired. I lay down, and end up sleeping for three or four hours, and then wake up and can’t get back to sleep until well into the night. This is throwing my whole schedule off, from posting here to being able to get up for work in the morning.

And I just woke up.

I had the same trouble in the summer, especially when I had to walk home. I’m not sure if anything can really be done for it. If I recall correctly, I ended up napping for as long as I wanted after work and then doing housework for hours while at the same time drinking enough to put me down.
