Back

I’m back from Alaska. The weather was pleasant (though not cold enough; it hovered around 0° for most of the weekend, although Friday morning hit 15° below), the scenery was spectacular, and the wedding went off without a hitch. (Or is that “with a hitch”?)

In the last three days, I’ve gotten more comments on this site than ever before; I’ll try to respond to everybody that needs a response tomorrow. I also got (perhaps) more email than I’ve ever gotten, in the form of this craptacular MyDoom shit. Whoever has my email address in their address book and is running Windows, just know that there’s a very strong possibility that you’re making my life suck.

Anyway, I’ll post a longer update on the trip tomorrow when I’ve gotten some sleep, and I’ll try to have some digital pictures up sometime this week. (Film will take longer than that because of the hassle of proof sheets and custom processing.)

For the record, I was never infected with the MyDoom Worm, and therefore, can’t and won’t be responsible for being “A” Windows user who contributed to your life sucking last week. It was some other Window’s “tard” out there. :)

The great enabler of viruses.

(I think that should be the slogan for the next release of Windows.)
