Clear Day

Santa Monica MountainsThe wonderful drizzly weather that arrived for Christmas seems to have disappeared, leaving us with one of the clearest days I can remember. From Santa Monica, it was crystal clear in each direction: The Santa Monica mountains, the San Bernadino Mountains, LAX, and Catalina Island. The air was a pleasant cold by Santa Monica standards. Unfortunately, I’m now leaving for New York where the next week is predicted to be in the fifties with little or no rain and almost certainly no snow.
