Hotspot weblog

I want to see convergence between 802.11 and weblogs. Why aren’t there publicly accessible weblogs associated with free wireless hotspots that can be posted to from that hotspot? This would mesh nicely with the idea of weblogs that contain photos, but that wouldn’t be necessary. I believe this would, given the right location and hotspot (coffee shop? bookstore? airport?), make for a terribly interesting weblog mixing “regulars” and one time users. Does this sort of weblog exist and I’ve just missed it?
