Harvey Birdman

Harvey Birdman has got to be one of the funniest things I have ever seen. In the same vein as Sealab 2021, it makes use of original animation from Birdman, while mixing in other Hanna Barbera characters, to produce 15 minutes of complete insanity. Avenger and Mentok are currently my favorite characters, but Peanut and Reducto aren’t far behind.
